Please show me the DDL used to create a table that is partitioned by day, then rolled up to a month using the interval partitioning technique. Thanks.

Not possible in one table.

look up the sections in chapter 4 titled "Creating Interval-Partitioned Tables" and "Merging Interval PArtitions"
