Please help for any links that have scripts for below or share common experience to calculate it correctly.
Current database size is 31 gb from dba_segments.

How to estimate.?

1.Projected Annual Data Size
2.Daily Growth Data Size
3.Software and Maintenance space size
4.Database Server Overhead in GB
5.Undo space overhead factor %

Script is using a table/view watch_file. This object is not exist.

The script first CREATES this table and fill it with size information.
IT is at file level, you can do the same at segment level if you want.
