Hi Experts,

I am an Oracle DBA, relatively new to this Profile.
In our project we get repeated complaints from user that DB is working slow...

What are the steps to be taken when we get such requests.

I check the server memory
Alert Log files
Back up logs et all

Please guide me in this regard..

When was the last time your statistics updated?
Check/google dbms_stats.
