Guys how to create dictionary managed tablespace in 10g. i know that we cannot create dictionary tablespace without changing SYSTEM to dictionary but in online documentation it says we can create dictioanry tablespaces in 10g if we explicitly provide Dictionary in extent management.
But is there any way that we can change ?

No. Database must be created with a DMT SYSTEM tablespace.
But why do you want to use a DMT?
