Hi
I have trigger, in which i want to identify the Module through which the people update/insert/delete(isqlplus/sql developer/form/reports)

I had seen that v$session but i can't use it in the trigger.

Any possible please help me

All the informations you can have are in USERENV namespace, see SYS_CONTEXT.
